Marianne Collins has extensive experience in the hospitality and nonprofit sectors, currently serving as Donor Relations Manager at the American Diabetes Association since September 2015. Previously, Marianne held various management roles including Project Manager/Development Manager and Associate Manager at the same organization. Prior to that, Marianne was the Membership Coordinator at the Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce from August 2012 to September 2015, and has also worked in catering and sales management positions at Hilton Norfolk Airport and Doubletree Hotel Norfolk Airport. Beginning in the late 1990s, Marianne accumulated a wealth of experience in operations and event management at multiple Marriott properties and a Holiday Inn. Marianne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management from Norfolk State University, earned between 1992 and 1996.
