Randy Kaplan

Randy Kaplan is an experienced professional in the hospitality and food service industry with a strong background in operations management. Currently serving as District Manager at American Dining Creations since November 2023, Randy previously held the position of Director of Operations at Levy Restaurants from August 2021 to November 2023, overseeing operations at Arrowhead Stadium. Prior experience includes roles as General Manager at Aramark for the University of South Carolina, Director of Operations at Sodexo for the University of Pittsburgh, and Assistant Manager at Aramark for the Wells Fargo Center. Randy holds a Bachelor of Science in Sports, Art, and Entertainment Management from Point Park University, earned between 2001 and 2005.
