Amy Reitz

Amy Reitz possesses extensive experience in human resources, with a career spanning several roles in diverse organizations. At American Direct Marketing Resources since December 2015, Amy has served as HR Manager, focusing on talent acquisition, payroll, and benefits management. Prior experience includes a tenure as Director of Human Resources at Sunnyhill, Inc., where Amy specialized in employee relations and recruitment. Additionally, Amy worked as Payroll/Benefits Administrator at Mid East Area Agency on Aging, successfully transitioning the payroll system from ADP to Paycom. Earlier in the career, Amy held the position of General Manager Human Resources at South County Fire Alarm for over 26 years. Academically, Amy holds an MBA with a focus in Human Resources Management from Concordia University-Wisconsin, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the same institution.
