Scott Halstead

Scott Halstead has extensive experience in organizational development and talent management, currently serving as the Vice President of People and Culture at American Eagle Financial Credit Union since July 2007. Prior roles at the same organization include Assistant Vice President and Director of Talent and Organizational Development. Before joining American Eagle, Scott worked as a Training and Development Specialist at ArchivesOne, Inc., and held leadership development roles at Fordham University. Earlier career experiences include residential life positions at both the University of Vermont and Miami University. Scott holds a Master’s degree in College Student Personnel Services from Miami University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from DePauw University.
