Dr. Rachel Geesa

Dr. Rachel Geesa is an Associate Clinical Professor and Assistant Department Chair of Educational Leadership at Ball State University, focusing on graduate-level education in data-driven decision making and integrative STEM/STEAM education. Dr. Geesa co-founded Infinite Capacity LLC, an educational consulting firm specializing in professional learning and leadership development for educators. Dr. Geesa has held various academic positions including Associate Faculty at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis and Professorial Lecturer at The George Washington University.
