Chad Britton

Chad Britton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the nuclear power sector, currently serving as Operations Work Control Manager and Systems Engineering Manager at American Electric Power since September 2016. In these roles, Chad directs systems engineering support activities for various plant systems and oversees the identification and resolution of plant conditions affecting quality and licensing. Prior to this, Chad worked at Exelon Nuclear from January 2009 to September 2016, holding positions including Operations Shift Supervisor and Initial License Trainee for Senior Reactor Operator, where responsibilities encompassed supervising plant operations, maintenance coordination, and training. Chad began their career in the University of Michigan Athletic Department from 2004 to 2008 while earning a BSE in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Michigan.
