Wendy Travis

Wendy Travis, MSA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning technologies and organizational development. Currently serving as the Learning Technologies Manager and Learning Management System Lead at American Electric Power since November 2022, Wendy leads various projects including Workday training and change management initiatives. Prior to this role, Wendy held the position of Education Coordinator at Fairfield Medical Center from April 2006 to November 2022, where responsibilities included leadership and employee coaching, as well as team building. Wendy's career at American Electric Power began in November 1997, progressing from a Customer Solutions Associate to a Staffing Administrator. Wendy holds a Master's degree in Administration with a focus on Leadership from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor's degree in Technical and Applied Studies from Ohio University.
