Diana Birkett Rakow

Diana Birkett Rakow, senior vice president of Public Affairs and Sustainability for Alaska Airlines, serves on the Puget Sound Energy Board of Directors.

Rakow leads Alaska’s government affairs, ESG and sustainability, communications and community engagement teams. She is also responsible for Alaska’s venture arm, Alaska Star Ventures, and chairs the board for the Alaska Airlines Foundation. She joined Alaska after two decades in health care and public health at health insurance and care delivery organizations and the U.S. Senate Finance Committee.
