Katheryne is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at the American Enterprise Institute, where they also serve as the Managing Director of HR and Talent Development. Prior to this, they worked at the Mortgage Bankers Association as the Director of Talent Management and HR Manager. Katheryne also has experience in the defense industry as an Administrative Director in Private Equity. Katheryne Walker, MA, MBA, SHRM-CP, has a diverse education history. In 1985-1986, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Germanics at the University of Washington. Katheryne continued their education at Pacific Lutheran University from 1992 to 1993, earning a Secondary Education - MAT/5th year certification with a focus on German, History, and Special Education.
