Katheryne Walker has over 20 years of experience in human resources and talent management. Katheryne is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at the American Enterprise Institute, where they also serve as the Managing Director of HR and Talent Development. Prior to this, they worked at the Mortgage Bankers Association as the Director of Talent Management and HR Manager. Katheryne also has experience in the defense industry as an Administrative Director in Private Equity. Earlier in their career, they held roles such as Executive Administrator to the Chief Executive Officer at the Mortgage Bankers Association, Special Assistant to the CEO/Chairman at a foreign government/finance company, and International Project Administrator at a nonprofit organization focused on justice issues.
