Christopher Klokowski

Christopher Klokowski has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Christopher began their career as a Manager Level 1 at Hertz Local Edition in 2006 and worked there until 2007. From 2007 to 2012, they joined the University of Phoenix as an Enrollment Advisor/Team Lead and later became an Enrollment Manager. During this time, Christopher played a key role in implementing a specialized team in Chicago, leading to increased new enrollment totals and the promotion of multiple employees. Christopher also received the Quarterly Top Performer Award on three occasions and was part of a regional team focused on student retention improvement. In 2013, they joined Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. as an Operations Supervisor - Program & Franchise, where they supervised certificate tracking, missed payments, and invoicing, while also spearheading onboarding new clients and program redesign. In 2016, Christopher transitioned to American Equity, where they initially served as Assistant Vice President - Agency Services and later took on the role of Assistant Vice President, Manager of Quality Control and Business Reporting Analytics in 2019.

Christopher Klokowski has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History from Roosevelt University. Additionally, they have obtained certification as a CLCS - Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist and holds a Property & Casualty Insurance License (IA).
