Prior to Uniting Spaces, Mark was the Director of Sales and Operations for Launch Workplaces a co-working brand with several locations in Maryland and Virginia. Mark led brand expansion efforts through the introduction of a management model and company-owned opportunities, He was the lead in strategic real estate evaluation, site selection, market penetration planning as well as location design and development. Mark’s introduction to the shared office/ coworking world was through a franchise concept called Intelligent Office. Mark was the Director of Sales for the Maryland and DC franchisee
