Elizabeth DiLuzio is a seasoned evaluation professional with extensive experience in both academia and consultancy. As Co-Founding Principal at Evaluation + Learning Consulting since September 2018, Elizabeth has led impactful evaluation projects. In addition, Elizabeth serves as an Adjunct Professor at New York University, focusing on making quantitative methods accessible. Roles include Lead Curator for AEA365 at the American Evaluation Association and Lead Evaluator at the Behavioral Health Improvement Institute. Previous experience includes managerial positions at Good Shepherd Services, where Elizabeth promoted data utilization and developed evaluation systems, as well as consultancy roles assessing program effectiveness for organizations such as Mind-Builders Creative Arts Center and ChildFund International. Elizabeth holds a PhD in Education from the University of New Hampshire and has a Master's degree in Global Public Health and Social Work from New York University.
