Charles Pulido

Charles Pulido is an accomplished technology operations leader with extensive experience in service delivery and management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Technology Operations Support at American Express since May 2025, Charles previously held the position of Global Head of Service Delivery at Rimes, where a Global Service Desk team was successfully formed across three countries. At the Financial Times, leadership as Information Technology Service Desk Manager involved overseeing a team and ensuring 24/7 operational coverage. Charles's career also includes significant roles at CWT and Citi, where centralized service models and fulfillment processes were developed and implemented. Charles holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Ateneo de Davao University.
