Rachel Ryan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational psychology. Currently serving as Vice President and Colleague Strategic Partner at American Express since May 2015, Rachel has held multiple leadership roles, including Vice President of HR Business Partner for various divisions and oversight of Global Inclusion & Diversity initiatives.
