Tausha Cowan serves as Vice President of Knowledge Management & Learning Enablement at American Express, leading a global team responsible for content strategy and generative AI-powered knowledge management for over 28,000 colleagues. With extensive experience in internal communications and knowledge management, Tausha has held several key leadership roles within American Express, including Vice President of Knowledge Strategy & Integration and Director of Global Internal Communications. Prior to American Express, Tausha excelled at Columbia Business School as Senior Associate Director of Internal Communications and contributed to NBCUniversal as an On-Air Contributor and Executive and Internal Communications Lead. Education includes a Master's degree from the London School of Economics and undergraduate studies in Journalism and Mass Communications from New York University.
