Tuhin Joshi

Tuhin Joshi has extensive experience in Agile coaching and project management, currently serving as RTE, Program Lead, Agile Coach, and Agile Transformation Lead at American Family Insurance since October 2019. Previously, Tuhin was with Capgemini from 2007 to 2019 in various roles including Agile Coach and Sr. Project Manager, leading Agile management initiatives across diverse industries such as Financial Services and Insurance. Tuhin's career began at Keane, Inc. as a Team Lead, followed by roles at EDS, Wipro Technologies, and Capgemini, where expertise in project planning, supervision of multicultural teams, and application development for major corporations was established. Tuhin holds an MBA from Cranfield School of Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from RAIT.
