Crystal Mulcahy

Crystal Mulcahy has a background in crop insurance and regional operations management. Crystal is currently serving as the Vice President and Director of Crop Insurance at American Federal Bank since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Field Underwriting Manager at NAU Country Insurance Company from July 2021 to March 2023. Crystal also held the position of Regional Operations Manager at AgriSompo North America from January 2021 to July 2021. Before joining AgriSompo North America, Crystal worked at Diversified Crop Insurance Services in various roles including Regional Operations Manager, Service Office Manager, Underwriting Supervisor, and Claims Processing Supervisor from 2012 to 2021.

Crystal Mulcahy has a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Management from the University of Mary. Crystal also has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Management from the same university.
