Ian P. Moloney

Ian P. Moloney currently serves as Senior Vice President and Head of Policy and Regulatory Affairs at the American Fintech Council, a position held since October 2023. Previously, Ian was Head of Policy and Regulatory Affairs at Cross River from April 2022 to October 2023, and worked as a Regulatory Expert at the Cambridge Centre for Alternative Finance where research focused on global fintech regulation. Ian's experience also includes roles as Senior Research and Policy Analyst and Research and Policy Analyst at the US Government Accountability Office, as well as earlier positions as an Analyst Intern and Marketing Consultant. Ian holds an MBA from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School and a Bachelor of Science from Central Michigan University.
