Arlet Reyes-Cortes

Arlet Reyes-Cortes has extensive experience in operations and collections, currently serving as Operations Training Manager at American First Finance since January 2017, following roles as Operations Training Specialist, Collections Team Lead, and Collections Specialist. Prior to that, Arlet held the position of Escalation Specialist at The CMI Group, Inc. from December 2014 to December 2016. Arlet is a graduate of Creekview High School, completing studies from 2012 to 2015.
