William Flori, CRCM, has extensive experience in compliance and risk management across various financial institutions. William currently serves as the Compliance Director at American First Finance since July 2021. Prior to that, they were the Director of Bank Compliance Risk Management at USAA from August 2020 to July 2021. William also held the role of VP - Compliance Consultant 5 at Wells Fargo from March 2017 to August 2020. Before that, they served as the First Vice President - Director of Compliance & Risk Services at TIB - The Independent BankersBank from July 2011 to December 2016. Their earlier experience includes the role of EVP - Operations & Retail; Director of Risk & Audit at Opportunity Bank, N.A. from October 2007 to July 2011.

William Flori, CRCM earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from St. Ambrose University, graduating in 1998. In 2012, they obtained the Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) certification from The Institute of Certified Bankers (ICB).
