Mike Jordison

Mike Jordison has extensive work experience in the retail industry. Mike started their career in 1997 as a Store Manager at Sears Holdings Corporation, where they had four wall accountability for over $15M in revenue and managed a team of 7 salaried managers and over 100 associates. Mike then served as a District Brand Central Manager, responsible for over $250M in revenue for 18 stores and over $100M in inventory.

In 2003, Mike became a Store Manager, overseeing over $25M in revenue, 8 salaried managers, and over 150 associates. Mike excelled in sales, customer service, and financial metrics, becoming a district/region sales leader.

Moving up the ranks, Mike became a Director of Stores at Sears Holdings Corporation in 2005, managing a district with annual revenue of over $100M and mentoring new District Managers. Mike then held multiple roles at the company, including Director of Operation and Merchandising, responsible for all field operations in the Midwest Region with 14 Districts and 112 stores, and Director of Core and Compliance, in charge of core processes and store compliance for 6 districts and 65 stores. Mike also served as a Region Director of Selling Services, overseeing over $1.4B in store revenue in the Midwest Region and managing 13 districts and 132 stores.

In 2013, Mike joined Sears Hometown & Outlet Stores as a Region Director of Sales & Operations. Mike was responsible for the profit and loss and day-to-day operations of 50 retail stores with annual revenue of over $170M. Mike led a large team, including 4 district managers, 50 store managers, 5 distribution managers, and over 500 associates. Mike also managed logistics and product repair in 8 distribution and repair centers supplying the 50 retail stores in the region.

From 2019 to 2020, Mike worked as a Divisional Vice President Outlet Field at Sears Outlet Stores, LLC. Then, in 2020, they became a Territory Vice President at American Freight Furniture, Mattress, Appliance.

Mike Jordison earned an Associate's Degree in Retail Marketing & Management from Iowa Central Community College. Mike attended the college from 1986 to 1988.
