Jennifer Norka, MPH, is a Director of Regulatory and Scientific Affairs at American Frozen Food Institute. With a background in food science and public health, Jennifer has gained experience in various roles such as Quality Assurance Manager at Tata Consumer Products and Food Safety, Quality, and Regulatory Chemist at Cargill. Jennifer is also experienced in teaching and training, having worked as a STEM Graduate Learning Coach at The Learning Center at UNC-Chapel Hill and as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at Purdue University.
