Sanjay Gummalla

Sanjay Gummalla has a Ph.D. in Nutrition and Food Sciences from Utah State University. With a background in Agriculture and extensive experience in the food industry, Gummalla has held various roles such as Lead Dairy Flavor Development and Applications at Cargill, Senior Scientist at Givaudan, and Vice President of Regulatory and Technical Affairs at American Frozen Food Institute. Currently serving as the Vice President of Regulatory and Technical Affairs at American Frozen Food Institute, Sanjay is responsible for leading research in food and dairy processing and applications.
