Zoe Mills

Zoe Mills is an experienced property and facilities management professional currently serving as the Head of Property & Facilities at American Golf since September 2023. Previously, Zoe was the Head of Property (Interim Consultant) at Radius Payment Solutions Limited, where a global real estate function was established for a company with 56 offices worldwide. As Real Estates & FM Director (Interim Consultant) at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., Zoe played a crucial role in implementing the Future of Work program post-COVID. Prior experiences include significant roles at Co-op, where Zoe led acquisitions and asset management, and Colliers International UK plc as Associate Director, successfully managing client relationships. Beginning a career as a Surveyor at GVA Property Consultancy, Zoe holds a BSc (Hons) in Urban Estate Management from Liverpool John Moores University.
