Kendra Johnson has extensive experience in quality assurance and patient care, currently serving as Quality Assurance Coordinator and Training Specialist at American Health Packaging since January 2019, where responsibilities include compliance training and administration of the Electronic Quality Management System. Previously, Kendra held the position of Quality Assurance Specialist, performing critical quality inspections during pharmaceutical packaging processes. Prior experience includes working as a Psychiatric Care Technician at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, advocating for patient care and providing therapeutic interventions, and as a Bookseller at Barnes & Noble, where excellent customer service and organizational skills were key. Kendra holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Cincinnati.
