Andrew Fussner

Andrew Fussner has a diverse work experience, with their most recent role being Vice President of Estate Settlement at the American Heart Association since 2005. In this position, they oversee the administration of estates, trusts, and other testamentary disposition. Additionally, they manage a team of bequest administrators and directly handles bequest litigation and financial accounting matters related to estate settlement. Before that, Fussner served as the Vice President of Planned Giving - Florida for the American Heart Association from 2004 to 2005. In this role, they managed a team of planned giving professionals and maintained a personal donor portfolio. Prior to their work at the American Heart Association, Fussner was the Director of Planned Giving for the Florida Affiliate of the AHA from 2001 to 2004, where they focused on securing planned giving commitments from elderly donors on the west coast of Florida. Before their roles at the American Heart Association, Fussner worked as an Associate at Foley & Lardner LLP from 1999 to 2000.

Andrew Fussner received their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in Estate Planning & Tax Law from the University of Florida - Fredric G. Levin College of Law from 1996 to 1999. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science from the University of Florida from 1992 to 1996. Andrew completed their high school education at Seminole High School from 1988 to 1992.
