Greg Donaldson

Greg Donaldson has a diverse work experience spanning over four decades. Greg started their career as a Journalist/Producer/Anchor at WKBT News 8 Now in 1980 and later worked as a Broadcast Journalist/Assignment Editor at WAVE 3 News for ten years. In 1991, they became the Director of Media Relations at The Kentucky Lottery Corporation, where they were responsible for managing corporate information and overseeing the development of commercial materials. From 1993 to 1999, Greg worked as the Senior Director of Corporate Communications at Humana Inc., where they were in charge of public relations, media relations, and internal communications. Following this, they joined the American Cancer Society as the National Vice President of Corporate Communications, overseeing branding, advertising, and promotions. In 2014, Greg became an Independent Consultant, providing corporate communications strategy and executive counsel to businesses. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President of Corporate & Marketing Communications at the American Heart Association, where they lead the execution and implementation of comprehensive communications strategies and initiatives across the United States.

Greg Donaldson has a Bachelor's Degree in Speech - Broadcast Communication with a minor in Management/Marketing from Marquette University.
