Jackie Bertoldo

Jackie Bertoldo, DrPH, MPH, RDN, is a seasoned professional in nutrition and food systems, currently serving as the Founder and Principal of Eat Better by Design since March 2025. In addition, Jackie holds the position of Senior Curriculum & Product Manager for Food EDU at the American Heart Association since January 2023 and serves as a Nutrition Advisor for Cerebelly since August 2021. Jackie has an extensive academic background, including roles as Senior Advisor and Lecturer at Stanford University, along with previous positions at EatLove, UCSF Medical Center, UC Berkeley, and the University of Michigan. Academic credentials include a Doctorate in Public Health from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and a Master's in Public Health from the University of Michigan School of Public Health, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Lake Superior State University.
