Philip Noyes currently serves as a Senior Policy Analyst at the American Heart Association, focusing on health equity initiatives through the Voices for Healthy Kids program. With a strong background in public health, Noyes previously directed research and evaluation at the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, leading efforts to eliminate health inequities in high-poverty neighborhoods and fostering innovative partnerships for community health initiatives. Noyes also has extensive experience in epidemiology, program evaluation, and youth leadership from roles at various organizations, including the University of Washington and Outward Bound USA.
