Jeannette Rodkey

Sr. Director Information Security at American Hospital Association

Jeannette Rodkey has a solid work experience in the field of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity. Jeannette started their career at CSC in 2004 as an Account Manager, where they managed the IT infrastructure outsourcing engagement for a healthcare trade association. Their responsibilities included client relationships, account financials, and project management.

In 2009, Jeannette joined the American Hospital Association as a Director of IT Infrastructure Services. In this role, they led and directed mission-critical IT operations, including LAN/WAN/Internet network services, datacenter operations, telephony services, and enterprise desktop services. Additionally, they managed third-party IT service providers.

In 2017, Jeannette was promoted to Senior Director of Information Security at the American Hospital Association. In this position, they became responsible for driving the cybersecurity strategy and employee education efforts. Jeannette implemented and directed three foundational programs that make up the Cybersecurity Program, focusing on data governance, risk management, and security awareness.

Throughout their career, Jeannette Rodkey has demonstrated a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity, successfully leading and managing critical projects and teams.

Jeannette Rodkey has studied Information Systems Management at the University of Maryland Global Campus. In addition, they have obtained certifications such as Certified Chief Information Security Officer from EC-Council in January 2019, and Certified In Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) from ISACA in January 2018.
