Alexandra Neoman

Alexandra Neoman has a range of work experience in the hospitality industry. Starting in 2021, they worked as a Front Desk employee at The Statler Hotel and also interned at Bfruitful Snacks ans Monark Brands, where they learned about running a business and handled social media and product distribution. In 2022, they held positions at Marriott International as a Marriott Fellow, conducting tasks such as working on contracts and organizing the department. Alexandra was also Vice President of Collaboration and Inclusion at Women Leadership in Hospitality and served as a Hotel School Ambassador at Cornell Peter and Stephanie Nolan School of Hotel Administration. In 2023, Alexandra became an Operations Intern at Fairmont San Francisco and a Campus Ambassador at Marriott International, where they worked on opening hotels and connecting with students. Alexandra also served as a Guest Experience Manager at Hotel Ezra Cornell. Alexandra's current roles include President at American Hotel & Lodging Association and Executive Vice President at National Society of Minorities in Hospitality.

Alexandra Neoman completed their Bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration from Cornell University and the Cornell Peter and Stephanie Nolan School of Hotel Administration from 2020 to 2024. In addition to their formal education, they obtained several certifications. These certifications include ServSafe Manager from ServSafe in May 2022, Certification in Hotel Industry Analytics (CHIA) from AHLEI - American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute in May 2021, Microsoft Office Specialist: Excel Associate (Excel and Excel 2019) from Microsoft in December 2020, and ServSafe Food Handler from ServSafe in April 2019.
