Robert W. Baker completed their Bachelor's degree in Journalism/Business from the University of Iowa in the years 1982 to 1985. Following this, they pursued a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, earning their degree between 1985 and 1988.
