Tim Perciful

Tim Perciful is a seasoned professional in disaster management and animal rescue, currently serving as the West Coast Disaster Manager for American Humane since June 2022. With extensive experience spanning multiple roles, Tim holds positions such as Chair of the National Animal Rescue & Sheltering Coalition, Training Chief at Cascadia Emergency Management, and Assistant Instructor at Large Animal Rescue Company. Tim previously managed disaster responses for the ASPCA and is a certified American Heart Association Training Center Faculty. An accomplished freelance photographer, Tim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Southern New Hampshire University, along with certifications in Emergency Medical Technician and an Associate of Arts in Photography.
