Jared Young is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in executive leadership roles within the restaurant industry. Currently serving as Corporate Executive Chef at both Palm & Ivy Kitchen and Cocktails and AMERICAN ICON BREWERY since 2020, Jared previously held the position of Executive Chef at Good N U Hospitality for a brief period in 2020. Prior roles include Head Chef at Duffy's Sports Grill and Executive Chef at Okeechobee Steak House, showcasing a depth of experience at Duffy's from 2008 to 2018. Jared Young holds a degree in Culinary Arts from the Florida Culinary Institute and has furthered education at Florida Atlantic University.
