Aaron Cole has a diverse work experience in human resources, with their most recent role being the Human Resources Director at American Industrial Transport - AITX. Prior to that, they worked as a Corporate Human Resources Business Partner at Hussmann and as a Human Resources Manager at Universal Air Filter Company. Aaron also gained experience as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Saint Louis Community College and as a Human Resources Director at Arrowhead Building Supply, Inc. and Discovery Design Material Handling Systems, Inc.
