Arielle Lentz

Arielle Lentz began their work experience as a Summer Camp Counselor at Lionville Community Y M C A in 2014. Arielle then worked as a Program Support intern at Envision Experience in 2015. In 2016, they interned at Philly Spells Writing Lab. In 2017, they served as a Student Teacher at Clara Barton Elementary School and later worked as a Research Assistant at the Consortium for Policy Research in Education. In 2018, Arielle was a Public Policy Intern at the Economy League of Greater Philadelphia and also held the role of Youth Development Coordinator at Brashear Association, Inc. Their latest position is as a Research Associate at the American Institutes for Research, starting in October 2019.

Arielle Lentz is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Education Statistics and Research Methods at the University of Delaware since 2021. Prior to this, they obtained a Masters of Science in Education with a focus on Education Policy from the University of Pennsylvania, from 2017 to 2018. Before their master's degree, they completed their undergraduate studies at Temple University from 2014 to 2017, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Early Childhood Education.
