Catherine Bitter

Catherine Bitter began their work experience as a Chemistry Teacher at Phillips Academy from June 1997 to August 1999. Catherine then joined the American Institutes for Research in August 2001 as a Senior Research Analyst, and held this role until June 2015. Subsequently, Catherine worked as an Education Policy Researcher Consultant from July 2015 to January 2019. Currently, they are a Senior Researcher at the American Institutes for Research from January 2019 to the present.

Catherine Bitter completed their Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Princeton University, where they studied from 1991 to 1995. Later, they pursued a Master of Arts in Education from Stanford University between 1999 and 2000.
