Claudette Cubero

Claudette Cubero has a diverse work experience spanning various organizations. In 2012, they worked as a Pasante Dpto Internacional at BAC Credomatic for a brief period. Claudette then joined Grupo LAFISE as an Oficial de Tesoreria from 2012 to 2015. In 2015, they started working at Universidad Tecnológica Centroamericana, where they held the position of Jefatura de Relaciones Internacionales y Derecho Campus SPS until January 2023. Claudette also worked as a Capacitadora Voces Vitales at Voces Vitales Honduras from 2018 to 2022. In 2022, they briefly worked as a Strategic Planning Consultant at NIMD | Netherlands Institute for Multiparty Democracy and later as a Workshop Facilitator. In 2023, they joined American Institutes for Research as a Project Assistant, and they also worked as a Consultant at NDI Centroamérica for a short period.

Claudette Cubero has a diverse education history. In 2010, they obtained an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Tompkins Cortland Community College. Claudette then pursued a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Foreign Affairs at Universidad Tecnológica Centroamericana, which they completed in 2011. In 2013, Claudette attended INCAE Business School, where they participated in the Young Executive Program and focused on international business.

Continuing their education, Claudette obtained a Master's degree in Global Entrepreneurship from Escuela de Organización Industrial in 2016. Claudette further honed their skills in business management by completing a Master’s degree in Project Management from Aden Business School in 2023.

Additionally, Claudette engaged in professional development courses to enhance their personal awareness and self-improvement skills. In 2022, they attended Universidad 'Juan Pablo II', where they completed a Diplomado in Personal Awareness and Self-Improvement. Between 2014 and 2017, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Management with a focus on Directing Skills at Universidad Tecnológica Centroamericana.
