Eboni Howard

Eboni Howard serves as a Managing Researcher and Principal Early Childhood Specialist at the American Institutes for Research since September 2009, where responsibilities include leading the early childhood and child development practice area and overseeing business and marketing strategies related to education policy. Eboni is also the Small Business Owner of Eb & Flow Yoga Studio since February 2013. Previously, Eboni directed the Herr Research Center for Children and Social Policy at Erikson Institute, was a Senior Researcher/Instructor at Chapin Hall at the University of Chicago, and held various research roles at Northwestern University/UCLA and Chapin Hall. Eboni's academic credentials include an A.B. in Psychology from the University of Chicago, an M.A. and Ph.D. in Human Development and Social Policy from Northwestern University.
