Eliana Saltares

Eliana Saltares, PMP, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Eliana is currently working as a Senior Financial Analyst at American Institutes for Research since 2022. Previously, they were a Project Manager at IMPAQ International from 2017 to 2022, where they also served as a Senior Research Analyst from 2011 to 2017. Eliana has also worked as a Senior Research Associate at FHI 360 in 2011, as well as at Academy for Educational Development from 2004 to 2011. In addition, they have experience as an Office Manager at the New York City Association for the Education of Young Children in 2004, and as a Project Assistant at Educational Equity Concepts, Inc from 2002 to 2004. Throughout their career, Eliana has demonstrated skills in project management, financial analysis, research coordination, data collection and analysis, and database management. Eliana is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Eliana Saltares, PMP, holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems. Eliana pursued their undergraduate education from 1997 to 2002 at the Rochester Institute of Technology.

Apart from their academic qualifications, Eliana Saltares has also obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Eliana achieved this certification from the Project Management Institute in October 2020.
