Research Assistant at American Institutes for Research

Isabel Reyes has a diverse range of work experience in various research and assistant roles.

In 2019, they worked as a Research Assistant at the Violence, Law, and Politics Lab, where they assisted with a study on redistricting and neighborhood violence in Chicago. Isabel also created and presented detailed slideshows to community partners and Harris School Faculty.

Isabel then became a Circulation Assistant at The Joe and Rika Mansueto Library in November 2018. Isabel'sduties in this role included sorting and cataloging library items, conducting inventory audits, and assisting visitors with finding library materials and resources. Isabel remained in this position until June 2022.

In June 2022, Isabel joined In Cultured Company as a Research and Communications Specialist. Isabel'stasks in this role include conducting research on Dominican and Haitian history and sociopolitical events, translating documents, managing communications in Spanish, and creating informative social media posts and videos in English and Spanish.

Isabel Reyes is currently a Research Assistant at the American Institutes for Research, starting in November 2022. No end date is provided for this role.
