Jenn Hudson

Jenn Hudson, Ph.D. has extensive experience in education research and evaluation. Jenn currently works as an Education Research Scientist at the Institute of Education Sciences since 2022. Prior to that, they were a Senior Researcher at the American Institutes for Research from 2019, where they led and directed multiple education statistics research projects. Jenn has also worked as a Senior Research Analyst at The Commonwealth of Virginia from 2017 to 2019, and as a Fellow in Equitable Evaluation and Diversity at the Annie E. Casey Foundation from 2017 to 2018. Before that, they operated their own LLC called "MadX" as a Managing Director, providing research and evaluation services for various industries. Following this, they pursued a Masters of Science and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Developmental Psychology at the same institution from 2007 to 2012. Additionally, they furthered their education by studying Justice, Law, and Society at American University starting in 2004, with the end year unspecified.
