Jessica Cadima

Jessica Cadima has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jessica is currently employed as a Researcher at the American Institutes for Research since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Research Analyst at IMPAQ International from April 2014. From May 2012 to April 2014, Jessica worked as a Human Service Worker III at Fairfax County Government. Jessica also has experience as an Event/Staff Coordinator at Purple-Tie By Ridgewells from June 2010 to 2013. Before that, they worked as a Public Policy Paralegal at Patton Boggs LLP from October 2006 to December 2009, and as a Litigation/Trial Threat Paralegal at Steptoe & Johnson LLP from February 2004 to September 2005.
