Lauren Mason, M.A. has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries and roles. Lauren started their career as an Administrative Assistant at the Maier Museum Of Art R-Mwc in 2013. Lauren then worked as a Student Tutor, Lead Investigator, and Nursery Assistant at Randolph College from 2013 to 2016. During this time, they also served as a Sales Associate/Assistant Manager at Macy's in 2016.

In 2017, Lauren was a Research Intern at The Thomas B. Fordham Institute and a Member/Instructor at Goodskills Literacy Corps. Lauren continued their education at the University of Cincinnati, where they worked as a Graduate Assistant from 2018 to 2019 and as a Graduate Student from 2019 onwards.

In 2020, Lauren joined PERSPECTIVES as an Organizational Behavior Researcher, conducting research on virtual reality diversity and inclusion training. Lauren developed curriculum and led training sessions on workplace inclusion topics. Most recently, they have been a Research Intern at the American Institutes for Research since 2022, supporting multiple projects in the workforce development program area by conducting literature reviews, performing database maintenance, and creating surveys.
