Lawrence Kiarie

Lawrence Kiarie has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Lawrence is currently working as an Operations Manager at American Institutes for Research, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Kimetrica International Limited as an Operations Manager, overseeing administrative and finance staff and providing strategic guidance on operations and administration. Lawrence also served as a Regional Finance Manager at the same company, specializing in market research, budget preparation, financial reporting, asset management, and tax computations. Before joining Kimetrica International Limited, Lawrence worked as a Project Accountant, focusing on compliance accounting, financial management, and budgeting for various projects funded by organizations such as USAID and the World Bank. Lawrence also has experience in awards accounting and reporting at Save the Children International and held finance roles at Save the Children Finland, CIO East Africa & African eDevelopment Resource Centre, and Landmark Realtors Ltd.

Lawrence Kiarie completed their education history with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Corporate Management from KCA University. Lawrence pursued this degree from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a BBA degree in Finance & Accounting from Kenya Methodist University, which they completed in 2012. In 2006, Lawrence completed a degree in CPA(K) from KCA University, specializing in Accounting and Finance.
