Maria Smith

Maria Smith has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Maria started their career as an Executive Assistant at SIFMA from May 2011 to January 2013. Maria then worked as an Office Administrator and later as a Senior Associate at Financial Executives International (FEI) from August 2013 to August 2016. Maria also worked as an Events Management & Administration Consultant for various clients from January 2014 to March 2017, where they handled tasks like travel arrangements, corporate meeting management, budget planning, and advocacy committee support. From January 2016 to August 2016, they worked as a Program Manager at INROADS College Links-DC. Currently, Maria is working as a Communications Specialist and Executive Assistant to the CEO at the American Institutes for Research, a position they started in March 2017.

Maria Smith completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature, General at Spelman College from 2005 to 2009. In 2016 to 2017, they furthered their education by earning a Master's Degree in Strategic Communications and Public Relations from Trinity Washington University.
