Marina Castro

Marina Castro has had a diverse work experience in the research field. Marina started their career at UC Santa Cruz as a Research Assistant from January 2012 to June 2014. Following this, they joined the American Institutes for Research in July 2014 as a Research Assistant, where they worked until June 2016. Marina then moved up to become a Research Associate at the same company from June 2016 to October 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Research Analyst at the American Institutes for Research, starting in October 2021. Additionally, Marina had a brief internship as a Research Assistant Intern at the American Institutes for Research in July and August 2013. Overall, Marina's work experience showcases their dedication to research and their progression within the field.

Marina Castro completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz, which they attended from 2010 to 2014. After that, they pursued further education and from 2023 to 2025, they obtained a Master of Arts degree in Research Methods, Measurement, and Evaluation from the University of Connecticut.
