Project Specialist, International Development at American Institutes for Research

Jill Pritts has a diverse work experience with a focus on international development and public health. Jill currently works as a Project Associate at American Institutes for Research since 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Intern at USAID from 2021 to 2022, where they conducted analysis of USAID-sponsored projects and implemented adaptive management tools. Jill also worked as an Urban Programs Intern at Habitat for Humanity International from 2021 to 2022, conducting research on urban trends and collaborating on thought leadership documents. Jill also has experience as a Consultant at Fundación Mi Gente, a Graduate Assistant at Rollins School of Public Health at Emory University, and a Project Manager at Roanoke Valley Collective Response, where they enhanced community partnerships and secured federal grant funding. Additionally, they have experience as an English as a Second Language Teacher at Landi English and Universidad del Norte, and as an English Teaching Fellow at Volunteers Colombia.

Jill Pritts, MDP, obtained their Master's degree in Development Practice from Emory University from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in International/Global Studies at the University of South Carolina, attending from 2013 to 2017.

Additionally, in 2016, they briefly studied Relaciones Internacionales at Universidad del Norte.
