Alyse-Noël Hicks, MPS, has a diverse work experience in the field of communications and social media. Alyse-Noël is currently working as a Strategic Communications Specialist and Interim Social Media Lead at the American Institutes for Research since May 2022 and August 2022 respectively. Prior to that, they worked as a Social Media Ambassador/Digital Media Creator at Special Needs Advocacy of Cobb Kids, Inc. starting from December 2018. Alyse-Noël also served as a Communications Intern at Tanis Communications, Inc. from March 2021 to June 2022. Alyse-Noël gained further experience as a Part-time Digital Intern at APCO Worldwide, a Part-time Leadership Development Intern at Pherson Associates, and a Community Management Intern at Applause, during the year 2022. Alyse-Noël Hicks, MPS began their education journey in 2016 at the University of West Georgia, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications and Marketing. This four-year program lasted until 2020. During their time at the University of West Georgia, Alyse-Noël obtained additional certifications in SEO Foundations from LinkedIn and Advertising from the University of West Georgia in June 2020 and July 2020, respectively.

After completing their undergraduate studies, Alyse-Noël Hicks proceeded to Georgetown University in 2020. There, they enrolled in a two-year master's degree program in Public Relations and Corporate Communications. Alyse-Noël is expected to complete their master's degree in 2022.

Looking ahead, Alyse-Noël has plans to pursue further education at the University of Maryland Global Campus. Starting in 2023, they will be focusing on obtaining a Master of Science degree in Strategic Communications, with an expected completion date in 2025.
