Pallavi Doradla

Pallavi Doradla has an extensive work experience in the field of physics. Pallavi currently serves as a Senior Adjunct Professor at the University of Massachusetts Lowell, where they have been employed since 2019. Prior to this role, they held the position of Adjunct Professor at the same university from 2019 to 2023.

In addition, Pallavi has worked as a Physics Writer at the American Institutes for Research since 2023, and as a Physics Faculty member at the American International Institute since 2023 as well.

Before joining the University of Massachusetts Lowell, Pallavi worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Wellman Center for Photomedicine, Harvard Medical School from 2014 to 2019. Pallavi also had roles as an Adjunct Faculty member and Research Assistant in the Department of Physics at the University of Massachusetts Lowell from 2011 to 2015, and as a Teaching Assistant during their time as a graduate student from 2009 to 2011.

Prior to their experience in the United States, Pallavi worked as a Researcher at the University of Hyderabad in 2008. Overall, their work experience showcases their expertise and dedication to the field of physics.

Pallavi Doradla received a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science from Nagarjuna University (Sarada College) in the years 2002 to 2005. Pallavi then pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Physics at the University of Hyderabad from 2005 to 2007. Pallavi'seducational journey continued with a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Physics from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell, where they studied from 2009 to 2014.

In addition to their academic degrees, Doradla obtained several certifications. In March 2014, they received a Certificate of Appreciation for the review process from the Journal of Optical Engineering. Pallavi also completed Laboratory Safety Training and obtained an OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens/Biosafety Certificate in March 2014, both from UMassLowell Environmental & Emergency Management. In April 2013, they acquired certifications in Effective Scientific Papers and Effective Technical Presentations from The International Society for Optics and Photonics. Furthermore, in February 2013, they obtained the CITI Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative certificate from UMassLowell Institutional Review Board.
